Endline Impact Evaluation of an Entrepreneurship-Focused Socioemotional Skills Development Intervention in Rural Mongolia (Save the Children in Mongolia):
This endline impact evaluation scrutinized the enhancement in entrepreneurship and socioemotional knowledge and skills (ESEL) among the target demographic that can be ascribed to the ESEL training program. The evaluation team executed quantitative and qualitative surveys involving 2,000 children and youth, along with their class teachers, across 25 soums of 5 target aimags.
End-line Evaluation of the "Improving School Dormitory Environment for Primary Students in Western Region" Project:
A contract was established between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and MEC LLC on November 16, 2016, to conduct a Baseline Survey for this project. The project, approved by the ADB board, was administered a $3 million grant from the Japan Fund for Poverty Reduction (JFPR). The survey was conducted under the supervision of an international impact evaluation consultant and in collaboration with a national consultant engaged under the project. After 5 years of project implementation, an end-line evaluation was decided to be conducted. In December 2021, a contract was signed again between ADB and MEC LLC to conduct the End-line Survey. The intent was to collect data during the spring semester of the 2021-2022 school year.
Mongolia: Strengthening Institutional Capacity to Respond to COVID-19fits
The communications agency's assignment comprised four main parts: (i) conducting a survey and identifying key COVID-19 risk messages in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the General Agency for Specialized Inspection (GASI), and the technical assistance (TA) team; (ii) developing a public campaign to raise awareness of transmission risks and behaviors to reduce risk; (iii) developing a dissemination strategy; and (iv) disseminating the campaign in close collaboration with GASI.

To measure the public perception of the corporation, which is a major investor in the Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold mine in Mongolia. The survey involved 2,000 respondents and the discussions involved 30 groups of 8-10 participants each.
Economic Analysis and Evaluation Services of the North-South Road Project in Mongolia (MCC Project Evaluation)
The company conducted origin-destination survey, public transport users survey and axle load survey for 1250 vehicles on the Choir-Sainshand road, in collaboration with the Traffic Police of Dornogobi and Gobisumber aimags. The company used electronic devices (tablets, phones) with Survey CTO (Android) app to collect the data.
Performance Evaluation for MCC PRP Project
MEC LLC has participated as a local subcontractor for the performance evaluation of the Property Rights Project in Mongolia, which was funded by the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC). The principal investigator for the evaluation is The Cloudburst Group. This is an ongoing project and the scope includes 1100 banking customer surveys, 100 key informant interviews (KII) with state registrars and banking loan officers, and 18 focus group discussions (FGD) with different project stakeholders. The company used electronic devices (tablets, phones) with Survey CTO (Android) app to collect the data.
